Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

We ship to all addresses within New Zealand.

International Shipping (Australia)

We currently ship internationally to Australia.

International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or public holidays. Wellness Dispatch is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Free Shipping Thresholds

New Zealand: Free courier shipping on orders over NZD $50.00
Australia: Free standard shipping on orders over NZD $150.00

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days, contact us at admin@wellnessdispatch.co.nz.

Delays & Lost Parcels

Wellness Dispatch is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your parcel appears lost, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Contact us immediately at admin@wellnessdispatch.co.nz if you notice an error and we'll do our best to assist before dispatch.
