What is Kava?

Kava (Piper methysticum) is a hardy perennial belonging to the pepper family. Kava has been traditionally used in the Pacific Islands for thousands of years in cultural, religious, and social gatherings. The root of the plant was chewed, ground, or pounded and mixed with water to make a drink. Kava is cultivated throughout the South Pacific and as far north as Hawaii, growing in tropical to sub-tropical climates, with its use frequent and widespread.
Kavalactones are the chemicals produced from the kava root that affect the brain and central nervous system.
It helps to relax the mind and body and helps induce sleep.

Organic Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus) (Root) 100mg
Other Ingredients: Cellulose capsule, cellulose powder, Magnesium Stearate, and Silica.

Dose (adults):
Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily as needed. Daily usage not to exceed 4 weeks.
