Ingredients
Dosage size is 1 capsule.
Each capsule contains:
Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn. (Milk thistle) [fruit; 20-40:1 extract] 127,5 mg
Siliphos®[equivalent to milk thistle)
(fruit; 80-120:1 extract) 29 mg with 43,5 mg phospholipids from the liposomal bilayer] 72,5 mg
Directions
Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 capsule twice daily for the first month. Thereafter, take 1 or 2 capsules per day as needed or as recommended by your healthcare provider.
According to relevant preclinical and clinical evidence of SILIPHOS®, as recommended by researchers, 80–160mg is considered an appropriate, therapeutic daily dose.
