Ingredients

Dosage size is 1 capsule.

Each capsule contains:
Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn. (Milk Thistle) [fruit; 20-40:1 extract] 127.5mg

Siliphos® [equivalent to Milk Thistle (fruit; 80-120:1 extract) 29mg with 43.5mg phospholipids from the liposomal bilayer] 72.5mg

Directions

Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 capsule twice daily for the first month. Thereafter, take 1 or 2 capsules per day as needed or as recommended by your healthcare provider.

According to relevant preclinical and clinical evidence of Siliphos®, as recommended by researchers, 80–160mg is considered an appropriate daily dose.
