Each capsule contains:
Berberine HCL 550mg (of which 50mg is Liposomal berberine HCL)
Liposomal Chromium equivalent to elemental chromium 25mcg (with 23mg phospholipids from the liposomal bilayer)
Other ingredients: Brown rice flour, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. Sugar Free

Directions
