Each capsules contains:
Curcuma longa-L. (turmeric) extract (rhizome) 500mg (From 400mg BCM-95 25:1 extract with 380mg curcuminoids and from 100mg whole organic turmeric extract with 5mg curcuminoids)

Directions
Adults and children over 12: For the first week, take 2 capsules per day with food. After the first week, take 1 to 2 capsules daily with food or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
