Quercetin is a natural flavonoid found in small amounts across a wide variety of fruits and vegetables.

It is a well-researched flavonoid, particularly for its antioxidant properties. Quercetin exclusively utilises Quercefit™ to support the bioactivity of quercetin, and Phytosome™ delivery technology, which has been developed to support the absorption of quercetin. This is achieved through a delivery system which encapsulates the quercetin molecules with a food grade lecithin.

Ingredients

Per capsule:

QuerceFit 250mg (equivalent to 100mg quercetin sourced from Styphnolobium japonium (L.) Schott (Flowers) with 150mg phospholipids as sunflower lecithin as a carrier)

Other ingredients:

Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a clear vegetable capsule. Sugar Free.

Directions

For persons over 18: take 1 to 2 capsules per day with food or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
