Persian echium, Valerian root, Lavender, Lemon verbena — a cup of natural calmness. Persian Echium and Valerian roots are two ingredients used together in traditional Iranian herbal practices. Persian Echium, Gol-Gav-Zaban, has been used for generations. Initially grown in Iran's Alborz mountains, these dried blue and purple flowers have a unique, sweet honey-like taste. Gol Gav Zaban is one of the few genuinely blue-coloured edible substances, and has traditionally been valued in Iranian herbal practices. Calm Nerves tea has been blended to help bring a sense of calm and balance. Looking to maximise the flavour? Just add 2-3 drops of fresh lime juice.
